• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and collect candidate information.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Post job vacancies on different recruitment platforms.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day HR activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of candidate information.
