Production Chemist

The Production Chemist will be responsible for executing manufacturing activities according to approved Batch Manufacturing Records, SOPs and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute batch manufacturing activities as per approved BMR/BPR.

• Monitor manufacturing processes and critical process parameters.

• Operate and monitor production equipment.

• Ensure proper dispensing and handling of materials.

• Maintain production records and logbooks.

• Follow GMP, SOP, hygiene and safety requirements.

• Coordinate with QA and QC during manufacturing activities.

• Report process deviations and abnormalities.

• Ensure proper cleaning and equipment changeover.

• Maintain production area housekeeping.

• Support production planning and achievement of daily targets.

Preferred Experience:

• 1–4 years in pharmaceutical / nutraceutical / chemical manufacturing.

• Experience in tablets, capsules, liquids, powders or other applicable dosage forms preferred.

• Willingness to work in shifts.
